Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Order Processing Times for Custom Orders:

Processing time will vary depending on the Custom Order request.  All Custom order must be approved in writing by the customer prior to being made.  

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

We currently offer shipping across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on the weight of your items

                  •  Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

 

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

 

How Do I Check My Order Status?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to check the delivery status. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Delays:

During Holidays, during high demand, unforeseen circumstances, or carrier delays, your order may take longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any delays.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Grace N Mercy Creations, LLC is not liable for packages once they are in transit. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.
