Refund policy
Due to the nature of items being hand crafted after each order, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If there is a quality issue with your order, please send us via email at support@gracenmercycreations.comimmediately with the following information:
*Your order number
*Photo evidence
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not send your item back without prior approval so we can send you a return label. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know next steps. If approved, we will replace your item and provide you with a tracking number once item is shipped. We pride ourselves in providing quality merchandise and customer service.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
